We offer a special course in English. This is for women who gave birth 6 to 10 weeks ago, but also for women who want to do something for their pelvic floor. So you don't necessarily have to have given birth yet, or the birth may have been some time ago.

Course Details

  • Suitable from 6 weeks after vaginal birth or 10 weeks after C-Section (talk with your midwive or doctor)

  • Focus on pelvic floor strengthenin, core stability and overall well-being

  • Learn how to prevent long-term health issues related to childbirth

  • Small group setting - course starts with a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 10 participants

  • course will only take place if we habe enough participants

  • Time: We will inform you as soon as we have enough participants
